and would u need the same offset on the wheels ???

well you would have to figure out the offset to take into account the conversion plate. (not idea if thats the right term)

hub adapters !! Yer you can change the stud pattern to a 5 stud by using an adapter !! But they alter the offset by the thickness of the adapter !
