Correct pressure for 215/40/16 ??

Been trying to find out the right pressure I should be using but theres nothing in the manual, just wondering if anyone else is using this tyre size and what they are running.

I'd run 32f 30r or 30f 28r depending on type of driving.

Whats the advantage/disadvantage of running a lower psi at the rear?

I'm currently on 32f 30r with that size.

oops just checked and I've been running with 28f 26r, which was for the original wheels
