That looks like france, and may well be Paris.

AIUI, the done thing there is to park but leave your handbrake off, then people can touch park and gently nudge you back a bit to get into a space and make sure that the limited parking that is available isn't wasted.

Lol mate i was born in Saudi Arabia and trust me once uv seen those arabs drive day after day thats nothing! but the best thing bout living over there was women wernt aloud to drive therefore resulting in safe hassal free roads lol, oj ladies, before the mods start banning me again lol
