cruise control

Is it possible to retrofit the cruise control in my 172 ph2? It has esp and fly by wire but just missed out on the cruise and speed limiter.

yes but you will need to change the UCH and the ABS computer and the internal and ABS loom , also you will need the under pedal switch and clocks

Mine has the clocks and the under pedal sensor that detects full throttle

i wouldnt bother mate, i never use mine and sounds like a lot of work!

Its definitely not a feature that you will use alot tbh .So i wouldn't bother mate , too much hassle i'd say .I never use the speed limiter , why would ya , lol .I use the cruise control on the odd occasions , never had it in my 172 and wouldn't miss it if i didn't have it.

Fair enough i was thinking that it might just be a case of getting hold of a steering wheel and a fiddle on the clip.
