crunch those gears....

Hi guys,

yesterday during some enthuesiastic driving, I had to change during mid bend. Not ideal and I came off the clutch too quick and crunched the gears quite a bit.

Just wondered what the effects of this are. I dont think it was bad enough to do any damage this time, but would like to know how much damage this can do?

cheers.

if you do it a lot it will wear/damage your gear teeth and the dog tooth locking mechanism. everybody crunches a gear at some time so dont worry about it.
