Im laughin now but at them time i was annoyed. I sort of washed it at my G/F,s before work. Blooming dark can,t see anything.

A strong shampoo mix should have sorted I would have thought, Something like Megs NXT wash as that is fairly strong when used at normal mixture.

At worst Meguairs APC 10:1 or AG Engine and Machine Cleaner / AG Motorcycle cleaner should degrease it nicely.
