im looking for a detail or the instruction for takeing out the dash of a 172 2003 model or how best to do it , and how to run speaker wires in to the doors if any one has done it before can any one help ??

Easy mate theres open both doors, and take a little clip T30 out both side with a small screwdriver or a pick. Remove 3XT20 screws running along the far side of the dash near the windscreen (In the vents as such) Remove the 2 silver trims (on top of glovebox, other infront of the key barrel area) Take the 2 trims that run down from the door to the front of the screen either side. Lift up and towards you gently and unplug things as necessary

Thats about it, but you can remove more to make it easier if you need to, ie steering wheel coulings.
