Dash Bulbs?

A bulb has gone in my dash. Its been out for a while now, but a few weeks back i had the whole innacle out and in pieces to fix another problem, but i didnt have a new bulb at the time to put in.

Its one of the larger bulbs that illuminate the main speedo/rev counter rather than the smaller ones that illuminate the warning lights.

I think they are 509t, but from a quick look around these all look like the smaller ones.

Also, is it an orange bulb i need or is the orange illumination provided by the dash itself if you get what i mean.

It'll be a clear bulb, the orange tint will come from something infront of the bulb to make it look orange

thanks for the response, much to my annoyance i found this out yesterday when i figured out how to get acces to the unit.

Im guessing the only way to get clear indicators is to buy a clear unit from some aftermarket business then?

Sorry ive just realised my response made no sense what so-ever. I thought the reply was about clear indicators, and never looked at the thread title.

Thanks anyway, i still need to find somewhere that sells them in the correct size. I can only seem to finds the smaller ones that go in the arning light holes.
