Dash clicking

I've noticed a rythmical clicking coming from what sounds like behind the clocks. Ive tried turning everything off/on but its still there. Driving me mad.

I get the same thing, If i put pressure on the flat bit just before the clock it goes away which make me think it a securing clip loose underneath

If i put the blowers in re circ the noise goes away....
