De-Cat / ReMapping etc.

Hi all, had the 197 for about a month now and love it, Apart from the lack of power low down the rev range
I`ve been told that remapping it will solve the issue but is the difference really worth the cash??
Also people have suggested de-catting the exhaust also to try and unlock a little more power??

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A map makes a fantastic difference on the 197, if you take one of the cat's out you will have a massive flat spot and will 100% need a map.
