As the title when is the deadline for tickets and track time?

Track time is until it sells out and tickets were about a week before to be on the stand last year.

Couple of weeks before the show usually. But you can still buy them on the day, but that means you can't get in until a bit later.

Just checked and I bought mine last year on Monday the 8th and the show was Sunday 14th and I was on a stand too/got tickets posted.

Is there a group buy or am i just better of buying them now for 12quid.

There's not much point in doing a group buy, You can get your tickets at a cheaper rate when buying online, compared to buying on the day.
When you buy online you get your car pass for getting on the ClioSport stand too, you can't get car passes on the day.

Brilliant, il buy of there then do you have to buy tickets for passengers as well?

Yes, you need to buy entry tickets for each adult in the car.
