Anyone with a Dension i-pod adapter fitted,if so any good?

Does it show any playlists etc on the display in the car and can you controll the ipod with the stereo or stalk contolls or is it a case of just pressing play on your ipod and finally have you got it linked to your standard Reno stereo.cheers

Everywhere ive looked its £150 that includes fitting at my local ICE dealer.
