Hi Guys, i know there are a few DJ's on here and wondering what software it is they use on their laptop. Now im not looking at becoming a DJ/hitting Ibiza 2012 just something for a bit fun and in house partys be able to have a go at 'ripping it up' so to speak.

If there are any free software available that would be great i have heard and tried of virtual DJ but was looking for something else?

Traktor's what I used to use. Gone back to 12''s now.

A lot of dj's I know started on Serato.... Went to traktor and then back to Serato...

There are pro's and con's to Traktor and Serato, personally I use Traktor

Get on DJ Tech Tools and have a read on there, they have had a fair amount of articles recently about different software

Tried a few now and for the hardware I have (Numark Omni Control) nothing beats Virtual DJ...
