This stuff any good? Ordering a few bits a bobs from CleanYourCar and came across it..

Or anything else worth trying out?

I think its bloody brilliant stuff personally, I find it makes the wax last ffor longer and gives a good shine. The other product I'd recommend is Meguairs Ultimate Quick Wax which is a very similar product

I'm going to be getting some when I buy extra stockage next month, sounds like a good finisher for wax or decent for a top up. They do a tropical version too Justin, worth checking out ? Think it's supposed to be easier on/off.

It's meant to be like a wipe down Justin, if I remember the chatter correctly. Very highly recommended from a few on here. Not tried it myself, have to say.

I'm overbuying

3 different waxes already since buying the PC and only used one of them once !

2 more months and I will have enough for a good while unless I start doing other peoples more.
Need new drying towels wash mitts QD red mist and want some onyx too next month

Ok, just ordered, but on CYC's website it came up in Dollars.. Anyone having this problem? Seems to have charged me the £40 as $40 and only charged me £29?

No idea how much the points are worth lad, been a few months since I ordered.

If it wasn't worth it, people would stop going. Tim is doing very well and has excellent customer service.

got red mist too

only used it a couple of times. It does effect the beading of dj blue velvet. Whether that means it's doing it's job I don't know.

Only thing I hate about it is even if there is a small wind you have to have the soaryer sooo close to the car otherwise it drifts of into the wind!!

You do know most of the Dodo is a lot of pisch...its all a gimmick, most in the 'know' on DW etc have written page after page on it..

I fell for it a few years back too when i had the 182..i had purple haze and orange crush..rip off!!

I know a boy with a black F430, he bought Swissvax Scuderia, its formulated for Italian paint for Rrari's, Lambo's etc..

Or maybe even give Saphir a try, i can't fault ONYX, been using it years now..

Pricey but on the orange metallic it'll set it off nicely, i seen it on an orange ST as a finishing wax after full correction, gives a deep wet look.

I actually looked at the SV Scud Wax, aswell as Best Of Show, but ended up buying Onyx. Red Mist was only £10 so not too worried if its pish.. LOL

I'd be more worried if that concours was pish though!

Aye Dodo Red mist just spray staright on to the paintwork and buff off. Do a small piece at a time though as you cant let it dry on.

I lied when I said it doesnt smell...I just went out and spryed a bit on the shed..it has got a smell but im not sure whatit is!

lol, you really don't know what your talking about do you? swissvax products are the rip-off products - £80 for a wax is stupid when collinite wax @ £20 does the same job
