Door Badges

Hi there, just wondering if anyone could help me. I'm wanting to spray the side "16v" badges on my black clio dynamique silver. Can anyone tell me if these are easy to get off and on again. Also what is the best way to go about painting them?

The bullets? Guys on here paint them professionally that look really good. Do a search!
