door hings snapped, now central locking doesnt work

the key fob still works, but for the first time you can only open passenger door from inside, after the first time opening, without Re-locking you can open from outside, fine, its just the first time you unlock car, you cannot open from outside.

The weld has snapped in the past on the hinge, and been rewelded to a high standard.

Can anyone shed some light?

Solenoid getting stuck ?

Try locking and unlocking it while in the car aiding the lock up and down

What do you mean the first time? The other times it's not locked surely? You mean every time you lock it, it then has to be opened from the inside? Doesn't sound like it will have anything to do with the hinges BTW.

If you press the key, it unlocks driver door and boot, but you cant open passenger door from outside, i have to jump in and open from inside.

It then opens from inside or out as normal, until you lock it again.
