Door Sills...

I'm planning on replacing the sticker type "Renault Sport" door sills on my PH1 with those off a PH2. What's the best way to get get the PH1 ones off and what have people used to stick the newer ones on with?

They are more than likely held on with double sided tape, that's how the new ones will be.
