Is there anything I can use to check how much I download in a day/week/month etc?

Giganews server is good because it stores download information when you've downloaded files. However, adding to that I mean streaming football games, websites, little files and pictures etc. Is there anyway I can check how much is downloading?

For example, if an ISP had a limit on how much you could download, how would you check you were within the boundary?

griff sent me a great link to a freeware prgram thta showed exactyl how much you downloaded per day week and month. it get it all as well. it also estimated how much, with your prestn usuage you'd use a month etc.

it was very good.

Do a search for bandwidth monitor theres loads

I used to use one called Idyle Bandwidth Monitor but i cant see it on the net anymore

I do still have the program sat on my hdd though

Some ISPs provide usage data in their users login page.

EEK ! though I was going easy on giganews still have to add torrents and basic web surfing/streaming to that !!
