Driving me mad ....

Hi
Not really a motor problem as such but it's driving me mad!! The stereo in my 197 has just started skipping through the radio stations at will, and skipping through tracks on cds that I play. Am I missing something REALLY simple?? Please help me!!

Steering wheel controls or stalk controls? Im not sure whats on the 197. Sounds silly but you might be hitting them without realising when your driving?:S
