good luck getting hold of wayne at chip wizards.... been trying for 6 months hahahahhahaha, seems you have to trick him into answering his phone.

im just going to have mine done when it gets cammd

problem with Wayne seems to be that he did a couple of the cars as a point to say he can do them and now doesn't seem interested in mapping anymore as he does bigger more exotic machinery that's probably bringing him in a lot more money... which would explain the fact he's usually booked up for months... shame, as his results are fantastic

Why cant other tuners get similar results to Wayne?

It's not rocket science, or is it?

well I'm pretty sure that you can't do it with a Commodore 64 and an RS232 lead. lol

If it was so simple others would do the same thing surely? And unless you have extensive mods is it worth the extra cost? Who knows.

I know that Chris n' Nic were happy with their Cup after Wayne had mapped it.

Having seen cars mapped (mine and others), its not a simple case of just adding some fuel here and there as I first thought it was... mapping is a pretty serious skill and I'd be VERY wary about who I'd let map my car.

If other people could get Wayne's results on F7 and F4 engines then they would be do, but a lot simply can't. Without naming names I've tried a chip someone else has mapped and one Wayne did on 'a' Williams (not mine) and the difference was quite simply mind blowing, I'd go as far to say that's Wayne's map felt a good 20+bhp quicker...

I have the software to map an OMEX and can navigate my way round it all etc and get the basic idea, but some things you may look at wont make logical sense for example, but it works best that way if you get me... either way, I'd not even dare touch my engine map... mind you I doubt it can really be improved on by anyone other than Andy
