noo one for a beginner, £146 is a lill bit too expensive

That is for a beginner. The 20 quid offerings you see in halfords etc will do no paint correction or swirl removal at all as they do not have the power.

Porter Cable would mean you need a 110V transformer etc which bumps the costs up.
