electrical cut out

i have just driven home and the electrics cut out ( all lights on dash board, clcok reset...) now my petrol light is staying on even though i have half a tank,during all this i still had drive.

my radio has given me some problems as well recently, the screen hasnt been coming up and i have to switch it off and back on again a couple of times then it comes back aswell as the controls on the steerin stalk.

anyone else had this?

its under an aa loan warenty so gonna get it booked in on monday somewhere in leicester.

I'd think you've gone and get the UCH wet its quite common and expensive from Renault be glad you have a warenty.

whats the uch? where abouts is it under the bonnet? anything to protect it for when its not under warrenty

Its under the glove box bit computer like thing with a laod of wire. Now much you can do to protect it except checking there no leadk. If it does fail out of warently take it out and dry it and hope that fixes it.
