Embedding HTML into outlook email?

i want to embed this into an outlook email, is it possible?

ive tried a few methods from google but none are working?

Sadly you will find that most email clients will likely block / refuse remote content through iframes. If you can find an alternative way to present your content to the mail recipient then that would probably be the way to go.

e.g. maybe a static image / text and a link to the dynamic content.
