Ok just got a mac book and want some stuff what do people recommend ??

got firefox, http addon of the xmail... downloaded all the updates etc... guess i need microshit office?

not much point on having CS2 its well slow unless u have 2gb of RAM to be honest, its pretty slow on my 1GB.

Growl (cool popup notification manager - most apps support it)
Little Snitch (firewall)

other ones I use:

Textmate (Best text editor *ever*)
Transmit (ftp client, works very well with Textmate)

cs2 works fine no probs... will download some more stuff tonight

If you dont need to use Windows install side by side then use Bootcamp and have a dual boot XP/OSX machine
