  Clio 182
Does anyone have a diagram of the clio 182 exhaust system? Am after a few specific bits but could do with the part numbers.

Hi Guys,

Not sure if I should of started a new thread, but this seemed a logical place to join in...

I am replacing the two rear bushes on the 182 and they should arrive today. My problems are removing them! The nuts/bolts/screws etc are rusted and one has previously been snapped.

Can someone advise me on
A) removing the rusted fixings
B) removing the snapped bolt
C) what size should I buy in SS to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I have read to remove the bracket/hanger that is attached to the car could be easier and then replace the bush when it’s off?

How did you do it?

I would like to replace the bolts that mount the hangers to item 10 on the fourth image. Anyone know the sizes required? Thanks.

EDIT
you’re talking about the bolts holding the rubber Bush bracket thing? If so they were T40/13mm socket M8s around 25mm long but lots of room so 30mm will work. Hope that helps

Thanks, that’s a great help. A quick google suggests 25mm but it looks like no-one makes then aside from Renault.

Yeah just get some 30mm M8 from the local hardware store. You will need washers as the head on them are pretty wide.

"Fixed" it a couple of weeks back.... not driven it properly yet but now have a blowing exhaust because of how mashed up the CAT back centre part of the exhaust is.

Too much of a pain whilst led underneath the car to hammer back into shape, so I'll get someone to sort it on ramps properly once this Coronavirus shizz has all blown over.
