Facebook - Contact integration?

Is there an app that will update my contacts with Facebook profile pictures and birthdays etc?

If yes do I need each contacts email address?

Apparently there is but it's news to me!

The Facebook app has a feature that you can select that will import the profile pictures to your contacts as long as their phone number is on their profile

It did it automatically on my phone, which was pretty annoying as it imported all 200 odd friends into my contacts list even the ones without their numbers on their profile :/
