FaceTime not working?

As above^ when I go to FaceTime someone it works and the video works but there's no sound. They can hear me but I can't here them:s any help or tips?

Both on the most recent update?

I had problems when I was on an older version until I updated.

Yeh it's on most recent update, I'm usually quite good at fixing this stuff but this has me baffled :/
