Is the Fancy Plates discount code still valid as I've tried using it and it's saying - invalid coupon code or your coupon code has expired.

They have apologised and stated it won't happen again with that plate size. @T9 0LLE I'm sure if you got in contact they'd refund you the full amount of the plates.
It might always be worth adding in the notes when ordering to have smaller size font but if using the code they'll know.
They're far cheaper than any other company so it'd be unfair to let one incident put others off. All my plates have been perfect from them as have many others.

Below you can see the difference between proplates and fancyplates

The nice and thick acrylic plate is fancyplates and the flimsy thin one is proplates .

For the little extra it's worth going for fancyplates .

The fancyplates plate still has the protective film on.

Both are the less tall plates

When did you order the one from proplates Gus? IIRC they used to be the thin ones, but now they're the same thickness as the fancyplates ones made from acrylic.

Direct from the manager at proplates
'We use high impact ABS acrylic, 4 - 5 mm thick, BSAU 14d Class A reflective, 3M glue'

Google 3m kit, about £20 and you need a drill.

Or if your into cleaning invest in a Das pro or similar to make it even easier :)

Me and @Louis' used some Menzerna Finishing polish and it was 10000 times easier and better than the 3M kit that I had.

We did it with that stuff by hand on a microfiber and it was brilliant, didn't even have to sand them and they came up like new. It's like magic!

Hi guys is there stil a discount code?
Are they actually still operating? I could never get through when I rang the other month, and I think some people have reported lack of delivery.

I hope they are still running, they are better quality than eBay for non-standard plates and you don't have the faff of providing ownership documents etc.

Just found this and used the code on Fancyplates. Got me £2.20 off the cost.
Whats people’s thoughts on 3/4 size rear plate??
Does it look odd??
I like the look of a 3/4 front, just not sure on the rear??
