fast road piper cams

Hi lads, can anyone tell me if i can run fast road piper cams on me standard ecu, its for a clio 172 sport 51 reg, or do i need back up ecu or uprayed one like the omex one, cheers. im going to have a piggy back chip fitted as well if i get it done.

What about the schrick cams, can they be run on standard ecu as well? Just need to map it?
