Fault code P0136

i borrowed a code reader too sort my mates car and just plugged it into mine to have a play and this code came up. Im sure it lambda but ive not long had the pre cat one replaced. Could it be the post cat one. I havent got the engine management light on thou, i just erased the fault and see if it comes back on

Google says Oxygen O2 sensor circit low voltage. Could be faulty wiring.

just remembered my post cat isnt in the cat its tied up with a blank plug in the hole

Yes it'll be detecting too much O2 so the mV will be right down and possibly assuming there's a leak in the exhaust allowing O2 in.

Clear it and see if it comes back. If not, great - carry on until it does and reset it again. If it comes back striaght away its possibloe you have a wiring fault.
