Had my clio for about 5 months now, hardly driven it in the dry before, but tonight was perfect all the roads where clean and dry, i decided i'd give it's first "proper" thrashing down a b road i know so well, all i can say is i've never driven anything like it, the grip, the brakes, the noise! was like a 10 mile long orgasm, watching that speedo climb getting to a corner, chucking it into it, not even the slightest twinge, just holds! Coming up and down the hills, was just like being on a rollercoaster, I was getting annoyed with my car, with it's poor build quality and little rattles, but i just cranked up don't stop me now (queen) and was just me and machine together as one.....

Only thing i'm concered about is the smell when i stopped lol! Is it best to the leave the engine running for abit after a good canning? I can't lower my car where I live, otherwise i would.

I always let it idle for a sec after caning it, doesnt make a difference really on a NA car though.....

Whats the smell? Hope it's not anything to worry about, is it just mud baking on?
