Fitting Components in 98-on cars

i have some £50 alpines in there now

but at the weekend i tried to fit SPR-136as (alpine)

but the magnets are huge and the tweeters are too big

so ive made mdf rings to space them away from the window (when its down)

anyone else had problems?

Ive 6 and a half inch infinty in my doors i had no probs with the window hitting they must be a really deep mounting ?

they are 70mm deep!!!

i thought the fronts were 5.25? What are the ones in the back? I might get some upgraded ones as im fed up with the distortion above volume 20 and bass +2

i have a competion spec alpine 7865r (dont bother trying to find one, rocking horse sh*t springs to mind)

dont attempt 6.5s its bloody hard stick to 5.25s

ok well ill look in halfords 2moro. Wont bother with an HU until ive got supaglass fitted.
