dont start with FF, its pissing me off, trying to make some websites, and they are fine on IE however FF it looks awful, it is so annoying, apart from that its good .

You make sites for FF and then hack to work in IE. But that's a different topic all together.

Java sun is completely different to javascript. Give this a try

Tools >> Internet Option, clicking on the Advanced tab and clicking “Reset all Defaults"

no luck

yet on my myspace page is a googlevideo which uses flash player? and that loads fine?

Did some googlin for ya

go to Internet Options, Security tab, then click Custom level. Scroll down until you see where it says "Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player", change it to enable.

If that doesn't work:

if you go to this site http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

then download the Windows Flash Player 9 ActiveX control content debugger (for IE) (EXE, 1.22 MB) run the installation & it will put a missing registry item in.
