Commercial stuff then MS FS2005 is good.
You really need a joystick for a flight sim though. You can get cheap ones with a hat and throttle for about £15 in PC world. I've got a Saitek Cyborg Evo wireless. 8 way hat (for looking around), throttle and loads of programmable buttons.
