Nope you cant reduce air temps further with a NA car. Obviously with a turbo car its all about keeping the ACTs down but you wont be able to cool normal air to cooler than it has already was.

I think the problem would be that the intercooler would cause the engine to struggle to breath due to the pressure drop.

Nitros oxide would be your best bet.
