Fog lights no work :(

As above have had my front bumper off etc so they were disconnected but we connected them back up and they no work as I found out just a min ago on a very foggy country road in the dark

Any ideas, or shall i just try re-connecting them?

Check the fuse.
Clean the contacts.

Check bulbs?

They worked before i took my car apart so dont think it would be the bulbs might be the connections as the light wouldn't come on on the dash either

Check the connection down by the horn.

Trying to turn them on without turning the stalk? Its a crap idea they don't work with the auto.
