Freeview Recorders - HD/No HD

I know this has been asked a few times but anyone recommend me one?

Ideally HD but all the ones I find are £200+ which I don't really want to be spending so will probably end up with Non HD,

Looking for Dual Aerial or whatever it is so I can watch one channel and record another and series link type tool would be handy.

I work shifts so miss loads of programmes I want to see

I know I could just get Sky but looking for alternatives as not that much on Sky I want to watch over Freeview.

Asda are doing a pace/philips one with a 500gb HDD for £149, its hd.
