freeview set top box

Ok so i cant get sky as i cant seem to get them to give it me as my credit rating is to low,so im thinking about freeview...ive looked into it with getting the box and an amplified indoor aerial but i want to know what channels do you get????Also what is better freeview or freesat

Freesat, same a freeview honestly but u get some HD's channels and there are a few more being launched next year.

I had Freeview in my room before I got Sky. For the price it is very worthwhile. However, the only channels on there that I used to watch were 1-5, E4 (+1), Dave and Sky Sports News. Half of them are shopping channels!
