Front passenger seat

Is bloody stuck and wont go all the way back! I've looked and there is nothing jamming it, it will move forward but I don't wanna fiddle coz it gets stuck further forward then! Bloody passengers!

which year is it?

If its the mk2 version (1998 onwards I think) there were little clips that sit in the runners underneath the seats, if they're moved forward, the seats wont go back all the way, had a similar problem on my old 172..

Although I could just be wrong altogether...

i have the same problem how do you move them clips back?

use a small bladed flat headed screwdriver and the metal insert on the clip lifts at one end (looks like a small wedge) if you lift one end of the metal, they should slide back to the end of the lower part of the runners.
