Gap in screen tint

This is bugging me ,



On my 2000 clio the screen has a bluey tint apart from one square gap the the bottom center of the screen



WHATS IT FOR !!!!

its for the toll cards that are used in france, so the detectors can pick them up!

Useful for putting an aftermarket GPS aerial inside the car because the tinted screen dosnt allow the GPS signal through.
