gear knobs

hi all,i want to change my gear knob on my 182 to momo or something similar..can someone tell me how easy they are to change and could people please post some pics of the ones theyve changed to..what looks the best???

you've not got a great choice in all honesty as its lift up reverse. in a 182 i'd stick with the original. this is a pic of my momo:
