Gearstick wobbles under braking?

Hi, it happens most when in 5th, if i brake at about 40 the gearstick wobbles until i change down to 4th then when a bit slower it will do the same in 4th, wobbles about half an inch either way (up and down).

Any ideas?

Lower model "dog bones" (AKA lower torque link, lower gearbox mount etc) is different to the Renault sport ones.
