Gettin windows oot (need help fast!)

ok this sounds like a daft question but how do u get the rear windows outa a 3dr RT (95) without damaging the plastic casing on the outside?

the bolt just spins when you try turning it, and holdin it with pointed plyers isnt workin?

push the plastic outer casing onto the glass and the bolt should screw out without the cover spinning, if thats what you mean.
