Golf games?

I see PGA Tour 2K25 is out now. Reading the reviews they mostly say on par with EA Masters which is not bad but could be better. Would have thought we would have come a long way since 2023.

Anyone playing? Any good?

I’m not but I did see the other day you can play as Shooter McGavin.

I liked 2K23 - but have to give it special mention as having some of the best title music I think that I've heard in a game. The music in 2K21 was good - but 2K23 raised the bar quite significantly.

I think I’ve found the golden egg, been having a dabble in PGA Tour again this week and after speaking to my mate he said 2k25 is a bit grindy so I’ve bought the AMVR golf club and Golf+ on the quest 3.

Had an hour tonight and love it, I gave up golf in real life as I have a massive slice I could never correct with the driver and got bored hitting a 6 iron off the tee and being called a small club wanker. Fired up Golf+ and the slice has transferred to the game, after 20 minutes managed to correct it a bit but still there. Graphics could be better but a round at wolf creek with YT on a screen above the ball is cool as hell.
