Hi Guys, thought id share my good news for the day! Took my car to get serviced this weekend (24k service) and collected it that afternoon to be told today over the phone they had made a mistake!

It turns out the mistake was that they had mixed my car up with another cup in the garage in for its 36k service and brake pads changing! They told me that as it was there mistake they couldn't charge me so i ended up getting a full 36k service and new brake pads front and back for a grand total of £159.00

My money would be on the fact the didnt phone him to tell him and instead in 1000 miles he will be back in asking why the hell he cant stop and is hearing a loud grinding noise from his NEW pads.
