Google Tollbar Vanished.

I leaned on the computer and the google toolbar at the top of the page vanished,
it's now a small dropdown, how the hell do I get it back to normal?

If its not F11 (maximise screen), then right click anywhere on the toolbar itself and google toolbar will be an option there, make sure its ticked, that should re-add it.
