If you need a part quickly, dont bother going to them!

Waited nearly 2 weeks for a part to come down from birmingham, and now they tell me it may not be in their delivery as Birmingham may have sold it before. Was promised this part for Monday this week 3 times by 2 different people.

Really need the part too not as if i can go elsewear either due to everywhere has to deliver it.

They can be a bit dozy. In the past Ive bought the following from them:

98>01 twin optic headlamps - took 2 weeks to arrive only to find theyd got one twin and one single

Pug 205 GTi vented discs - sold me non-vented discs. Rectified error by ordering me some....more non-vented discs

Williams air filter - ordered me a mk1 172 filter

Nice chaps, just a shame theyve proved fairly useless.

I ordered my ISCV online from them and got it the same week.

Theyre like most companies, bound to make the odd mistake here and there......

I got a engine mout instead of a rocker cover gasket? They couldnt even tell me what the mout was for!

lol.....ive never had a problem with them, but i dont use them much .

My problem is specifically with the Sheffield branch. Dont get me wrong, theyre dead friendly, and always happy to correct their mistakes, its just that they seem to make a lot of mistakes and then they make more trying to put the original one right!

i ordered some bits from them, they sent me 3 brake pads rather than 4, called them and they sent me 3 more

really.......jesus, im gonna be first on the phone when they have a williams engine for sale !! lol
