Guide to remove Mk3 dash?

Hi All, Need to remove the dash on our Mk3 TCE to fit a parrot mic. Is there a guide on how to remove it? I looked but couldnt find...

Iv fitted hundreds of parrots and never removed the dash. Just remove the various trims (under steering colum etc) and cable tie the wire to somthing else.

But the mic is a small 3inch bar that looks like it should sit on top the dash?

Iv always used the clip on type which clips to the a pillar trim or near the interior light. Much better pick up trom there from experience. Have you got just that type of mic?
