Halo 2 on Windows

If you want to play Halo 2 on windows... you need to upgrade to Windows Vista

I believe it's supposed to be comparable with 98SE -> XP

What's more worrying is that once vista is released, Microsoft are going stop providing security fixes for XP home immediately!

Not that it bothers me, I use a mac.

Anywho ill no doubt be getting vista, dont understand why they dont just realease halo 3 for the PC... The 360 cant be that different from a PC

lol they have windows users by the balls really. If you don't upgrade you won't be able to play the latest MS games and oh by the way, any security holes found... you're on your own mate.

Still no prices released yet for Vista.....

I shall be sticking with linux and waiting for the xbox360 to come down in price so that it's cheaper than Vista!

That's a very risky marketing move. It will probably work knowing the financial clout of MS, but their games are hardly in the same league as EA....

And they will be right feckers imo if they do manage it!

there are supposed to be 4 versions of vista and the best version will be alot of money

you really need a direct x 9 graphics card 1 gig ram sse3 cpu etc etc
basically you need a dual core cpu with as much ram as possible and the worlds best graphics card lol oh and a love of drm and spy wear built into windows oooh lovely
