Handbrake cable clip

Mine snapped a while ago (before I had the car I think)

Its the one that is attached to the fueltank(i think). Is it replacable as my handbrake is really spongy and this need replacing.

How do you get it off and does anybody know if it is one of these on this pic?

if not does anybody now the part number?

Can anybody help with this one? I ordered the one renault suggested and its the wrong one!
